Treat everyone with consideration and kindness.
If misunderstandings or arguments arise between members, there should be an attempt to resolve them as soon as possible with the assistance of staff if necessary.
Please respect everyone’s personal space and boundaries and note that there is a zero-tolerance policy for any bullying behaviours, any kind of violence, or any form of sexual harassment.
Respect our property while visiting the centre. Do not go into offices unattended or unannounced.
Respect everyone’s privacy and confidentiality.
Please do not discuss members’ personal information with the general public, other members or non-members.
